How we will use your information
We will use your information as part of the management, design, construction and liaison process for the project. The Council is collecting and using this information to fulfil its duty to give interested parties the opportunity to be fully involved with the project.
The information you have provided will be retained for 10 years following the completion of the project as per the Flood Risk Management (Scotland) Act 2009.
Who we may share your information with
Your information will be accessed by Council staff who need to use it in order to complete the project. Your information may be shared with the consultants and contractors working on the project and they will delete it/return it to Falkirk Council following the expiry of their involvement with the project.
Your information may also be shared and analysed internally in order to provide management information, inform service delivery reform and similar purposes to meet our duty to achieve best value and continuous service improvement.
In general the Council does not transfer personal data outside either the UK or the European Economic Area (EEA) and on the rare occasions when it does so the Council will inform you.
