Scheme Plans
There are a number of maps and plans that have been prepared to provide information on the proposed flood defences and associated works (the Scheme Operations). These identify the land affected by the Scheme Operations. Land affected can include those areas where the Scheme Operations will be constructed and areas where there is a change in flood risk due to the Scheme Operations. Land where environmental works (such as habitat creation is proposed) may also be affected.
Land Affected
The following plans outline the wider land affected by the Scheme Operations. This includes land where there is a change in flood risk, land where environmental improvements are proposed and land upon which the flood defences will be built, including access needed to build such defences.

Land Affected for Habitat Creation/ Compensation
The following plans outline the land affected by the proposed environmental mitigation works or creation of compensatory habitats. No flood defences are proposed in these areas.

There are a large number of plans showing the Scheme Operations. To assist in identifying the specific drawing(s) you are interested in, the plans below show the area covered by each individual drawing.

Scheme Operations Plans
The PDFs below contain the individual Scheme Plans grouped into the areas covered by Plans A, B, C and D. The Scheme Plans show the type and location of flood defence walls and embankments as well as showing the land required to carry out the Scheme Operations. The heights of flood defences are contained within Appendix A of the EIAR - Figure A4.29 to A4.56.
